Dr. Caldwell holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Cell Biology and Human Anatomy, and furthered his academic journey with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. He has also completed advanced studies in Neurology and Brain Psychology, building a deep and integrated understanding of both the body and the mind.

A veteran of both the U.S. Navy and the Colorado State Guard, Dr. Caldwell brings a wealth of real-world experience to his clinical and coaching work. His military background, coupled with his extensive education, has given him a unique perspective on how the body heals, functions, and adapts—and how the mind processes, evolves, and responds.

In 1987, Dr. Caldwell founded Genuine Effort, a health and performance training business dedicated to helping individuals—from aspiring young athletes to people of all ages—achieve their physical and mental health goals. His approach is grounded in science, informed by experience, and proven through results. He offers more than motivational advice; he delivers practical strategies that work.

Dr. Caldwell also co-hosts the podcast Anchored in Chaos with Liz Herl, a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist. Together, they explore the intersection of physical and mental health, answering the critical question: "How can I make my body and brain work together?"
